FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA! 🇦🇺🦘

  • Regardless of your order value, we offer free standard shipping within Australia!
  • We have partnered with Australia Post to deliver all orders within Australia 
  • All orders are picked and packed in-house.  Your products will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of receiving your order 
  • All orders include a tracking number, which is emailed to you once your goods have been dispatched 
  • If you participated in our pre-order campaign, you will be contacted by our team with updates on when your items will be delivered.  Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your order once campaign is closed and remember by pre-ordering, your delivery will be prioritised

We want you to love your Exelix products as much as we love creating them. However, if something isn’t to your satisfaction, we’re here to make it right. 

Please carefully read through our Returns Policy below and get in touch with our team who can help you:

Our Returns Policy:

  • Products can be returned within 7 days for a credit note or refund 
  • Please email us with your order number prior to making a return. We will send you instructions on how to proceed
  • If you would like to return products due to a change of mind, we kindly ask that you cover your return shipping fees 
  • We cannot accept returned goods that have been opened, or used unless the product is faulty or damaged
  • If you believe the product is faulty, damaged or something is wrong with it, please email us and we will help you to resolve it
  • If you have received the incorrect order, please do not open the sealed package and contact us within 7 days.  We will ensure you get the right product at our cost
  • Please note that we do not refund sale items.  This includes flash sales on already reduced items or where discount codes have been applied.  We are happy to issue a store credit valid up to to 6 months

All refunds will be made to the original card of purchase within 7-10 days

Once you place an order and payment is verified, please allow up to 1-2 business days to process and ship. During flash sales and peak period, please allow 3-4 business days.

Please contact us immediately. After 24 hours or once your order has been processed, we unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancellations to your order as it has already passed onto our in-house packing department.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return your patches, please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order. Any product that is brand new and unopened can be returned for a full refund. 

Please email us with your order number as well as the reason for your return; they will schedule the return and provide you with the necessary information to move forward. We’re sorry but any shipping charges are non-refundable.

All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Although this is rarely the case, please email us within 7 days from receiving your order if you receive a product that is defective, incorrect, damaged or missing so we can rectify the situation as soon as possible! 

To ensure a smooth and hassle free return, please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as we can!

As our team is still small and everything is done in-house, processing returns takes up to 2-3 business days from the day we receive your return. You should receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed! 

Any refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
